Health is very important and those that are sick and not into "Self-Experimentation" should contact their professional / personal health care provider. We (all contacts) are not qualified to make any diagnoses for you, we offer no personal treatments. You must be examined by your care provider for personal help. We can make non-educated suggestions based on Adult "Self-Experimentation" and "ALL" such contacts is non professional and based mostly on folk lore, traditonal uses and personal preferances. All testimonies are just stories by people you do not know and all people are differant and no two people will have the same results in Adult "Self-Experimentation".

The School of "Self-Applied" Prevention is not a school, but just a collection of books and information that "I" like and chose to put on this website. I highly believe in video education and use of pictures to paint a story. I have numerous u-tube type videos that a person with true interest in self-health will watch every video with great interest. The newsletter folder is a "free" folder to those that follow the simple intructions, while "all" three school folders total cost is $108 per year for the access codes. There are no other requirments than the once a year payment, I may or may not ad or delete material through out each year. The fee is strictly a "donation" that helps offset the hundreds of hours each year we do freely helping people by answering questions. The $108 is non refundable and considered nothing more than adonation by the person participating. The codes are subject to change with out notice, your name will be kept on record and if at anytime to purchase or that your present codes do not work, e-mail Jody at countrybaskets@earthlink.net an she will reissue you your codes.

Those that pay the yearly donation can attempt to "organize"  a once per year meeting if enough people can come together on a time that is suitable for all and meet any requirements for lodging, etc. To do this, those with such interest will have to agree to have their e-mail listed inside the school folder for others to contact, otherwise we will not disclose any information of each person making this donation.

The school folders have plenty of open space, if you have your own personal journey in self-applied health that you wish to share with others within the folders, you are welcome to e-mail me your testimony for reveiw that can be posted with or with out your name by your request to be known or annomous.

The  people that participate the more interest I will take in adding new material to read.
